Having completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (Honours) from Bidhan Chandra College, Asansol, in 2025 and currently pursuing his Master of Science in Chemistry at Kazi Nazrul University, Arup understands the challenges faced by students while preparing for examinations. His academic journey, coupled with his preparation for the Civil Services Examination, has provided him with valuable insights into effective learning techniques, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
The inspiration behind this book comes from his desire to make Mathematics and Reasoning simple, engaging, and accessible to every learner. Through carefully explained concepts, shortcut techniques, practice questions, and previous years’ examination papers, he aims to help students develop confidence, accuracy, and analytical ability. His approach emphasizes conceptual clarity rather than rote memorization, enabling learners to tackle challenges independently.
Arup’s educational background includes studies at Mother’s School, Chelyama, Sacred Heart School, Adra (ICSE), and DSK DAV Public School, Purulia (CBSE), where he pursued PCMB along with Python programming. This multidisciplinary exposure has strengthened his analytical mindset and passion for teaching.
